Oh hey, wearing light colours to the gym is always a bit of a gamble because let’s face it, sweating can be… embarrassing. I was initially worried but was pleasantly surprised to find out I survived a monster glute day without any unsightly stains or marks. Super excited. And I took this photo when I got home!
I’ve got this top in almost every colour now and my love affair with it is still going strong!
Now it’s getting a bit chillier, this is an ideal top to wear to cover up whilst being able to show off a little!! Pads do not move in the wash and fits really nice.

This shorts are perfect for my leg day. These are squat proof and the material holds everything in place, essential for deadlifts and split squats.
The twist from give an edge to this top making it stand out from the rest! The colour is stunning.

I’ve always been a bit hesitant with tops like this. I wasn’t exactly sure how secure they were and if it was one of those things where it would get annoying constantly adjusting it. Well, I needn’t have worried. It is on there! I can’t speak for bustier gals but it didn’t shift!! And now I’ve got it in almost every colour.
So far I have worn these for runs, strength sessions and Hyrox/hybrid sessions and they are suitable for allllll of the above😍🤌🏽

Light shorts that are squat proof 😍 I can tell instantly on shorts as my leg tattoos will show through before I even so a squat test. These in pink my tattoos don't show through and they are totally squat proof which blows my mind 😍 absolutely insane pair of shorts. Love love love them. So comfortable and flattering 🫶
Love the front and the back of this bra 😍 This was the first time I ever wore just a sports bra in the gym and I felt so good and supported in this. Nothing moved, it was brilliant in my leg session and on my walk. Feels amazing and is amazing. Definitely need in more colours. If you want to feel your best and most confident FITS is what to wear 🫶
Never felt so confident in a pair of leggings before. I have personally struggled to find leggings that fit well, squat proof and dont feel like they will break when I go into a leg day. So many other leggings I always worry about working out in but not these. These are literally the best. You put them on and they firstly hold you in and they give you sooooo much moveability too. Like squat, leg press, glute drive you name it - they feel amazing. I dont feel like I have to constantly move them around. These have been made so so well and honestly am so impressed with them. They make me feel so good and I would recommend them to everyone I know 🫶
Best shorts 😍 they hold you in and are also the legs dont roll up so PERFECT for cardio and long walks too. They stay in place for my whole workout. Whether that's leg day or upper sessions. They make me feel so comfortable and confident 🫶 Best shorts around. 10,000% recommend these to everyone.

The perfect length & material. These shorts have a lil scrunch bum which enhances how fatttt your ass looks. They don’t roll up and the colour is gorgeous. They are so comfy 🩵
These have gotta be the comfiest joggers I’ve ever purchased. 5ft5 and they are the perfect length. The fits logo in white just stands out against the acid wash style, if you needed your sign to add these to your collection… THIS IS IT 😍
I purchased the matching set: long sleeve twist top, sports bra and leggings and absolutely love them. The material is super soft and very flattering. I liked the waist band in the leggings and the fact they were generous with stretch and comfortable to wear! Also thoroughly impressed with delivery times and how fast my items come! Thanks again!
These are super comfy compared to a lot of the leggings I own. The material is really nice, no dreaded bunching in the front 🐪, and generally a pleasure to have on.
Loved how this fitted I loved the fact it’s not “thin or see through.” It’s a nice thicker material and good quality. I’m wearing size large and love how oversized it feels and looks.
