FITS was born in a small end terrace house in the heart of Cumbria, to growing exponentially spanning Countries, Continents and a wide range of age demographics! We wanted to create a space for women (and now men) to feel part of something more than a lonely fitness journey, which let's admit, can be pretty daunting and lonely on your own. Whether you're brand new to the gym, a seasoned veteran, and any shape, size, colour, as long as you're moving, we have you covered. Fitness is the solution.
